MAA Online provides a sophisticated internet solution that allows your clients access to their benefit plan and MAA Online 24 hours a day. MAA Online offers a flexible and seamless experience through an open architecture, relational database platform. Employees can have access to all services, whether it is to request an ID card, enroll for coverage, or research the status of a claim.

Staying true to our belief that technology is a vehicle to enhance service, not replace it, we have combined MAA Online with our personal Raving Fan Customer Service. This type of service offers your clients many options when it comes to obtaining information.

MAA Online can eliminate most of the paperwork and telephone calls associated with plan administration. Providers, members, and HR staff can simultaneously perform different functions depending on your client’s goals. MAA will work with you and your client to customize the options available.
