MAA has three powerful tools available for you to obtain information - ProviderPowerSM, Verifax and direct customer service. The most efficient option for providers is to access ProviderPowerSM, an internet service that allows users to view claims status and eligibility. There is an online tutorial available to get you started with the easiest way to secure your patients confidential information quickly. The Verifax system is an automated interactive telephone system that faxes a response directly back to the provider. Verifax can be accessed by calling 1.800.648.9652. If you need to call MAA directly you may be re-directed to Verifax.
